“Lavender Villas” is a complex of five stylish newly built villas on the seafront in the beautiful region of Agia Marina, 200m from the sandy beach and 8 km from the Central of Chania city.

Each Villa is 125sq.m in 3 levels and it can accommodate 6 people plus 1 guest on the couch or truckle bed plus 1 baby to swing. Modern architecture, beautiful furniture, and high standard quality materials have been placed in this villa for your enjoyment. The warm colors and the view from all the windows and the balconies of the house create an effect of romantic elegance, warmth, and an intimate atmosphere that both relaxes and refreshes.

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find the living room area (which has tv, DVD player, some tourist books, games like backgammon / Jenga and an excellent wifi connection) with an indoor dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony which has an outdoor table for 6 people that you can enjoy your morning coffee or your wine.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with fine linen, fully Air-conditioned and one bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms are double bedded (1 double bed and 2 single beds which they can also be joined) with access to their own balcony with an unobstructed and unlimited view in the sea and the island of Theodorou or in the Cretan mountains.

On the down floor there is one more bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, with the possibility to put cots in case you have a baby. From there you can go out to the garden with lawn, hanging swing, selling and everything else you may need so you can relax more. Also, there is one spacious bathroom with a bathtub, fresh towels, and a washing machine.

The courtyard has private parking for at least two cars and a garden.

Directly across the villa is the hotel "THEO" which features a swimming pool (outdoor and indoor) and a gym which LAVENDER VILLAS guests can use these facilities for FREE from the 1st of May until the end of October.
